ART 413 - History of Contemporary Art (3)

Historical perspective of contemporary art beginning with major developments in Europe and the United States in the 1950s. New materials, new exhibition methods, and in particular, the major conceptual issues raised by individual artists and groups. ART 312 recommended.

Prerequisite: junior standing or above.
