CRJU 422 - Human Resources Management (3)

Prerequisite: POSC 320 . Civil service and the merit system; recruitment procedures and examinations; position classification, salary structures, retirement plans, in-service training, employee organizations and personnel supervision. Examples and cases from the criminal justice field. Emphasizes themes and topics from criminal justice. (CRJU 422 and POSC 422 are the same course.)
