NURS 420 - Trans-Generational Issues in Nursing (4)

Course cannot be taken for graduate credit. Developmental theories across the lifespan and the aging process are discussed with emphasis on analysis of health behavior. Normative transitions, conflicts of childhood, adult life, and the nurse’s role in health promotion are included. One or more sections may be offered in any online format.

Prerequisites: junior or senior standing; NURS 305 , NURS 310 . Corequisites: NURS 340 , NURS 340L , NURS 345 .
