Principles, design methods and implementation procedures for different ground modification techniques related to dewatering, soil stabilization using admixtures, soil and rock grouting, deep soil mixing, geosynthetics, subsurface drainage, preconsolidation, compaction, ground reinforcement, anchors and tiebacks.

Prerequisite: EGCE 340 .
