BIOL 570 - Survey of Molecular Biology and Pharmacology/Toxicology (3)

Overview of molecular biology, pharmacology and toxicology concepts as applied to the development of pharmaceutical products and biomedical devices. Students work collaboratively toward a final project to propose a new pharmaceutical product and/or biomedical device. (BIOL 570 and CHEM 570 are the same course.)

Prerequisite: enrollment in the Program for Applied Biotechnology Studies (PABS) Master of Biotechnology (MBt) degree program or consent of instructor, and MGMT 540 . Corequisites: BIOL 571  and BIOL 572.
