SOCI 499 - Independent Study (1-3)

Prerequisites: completion of 12 units of sociology and at least a 3.0 GPA. Individual research project, either library or field. Must enroll with an instructor whose recognized interests are in the area of the planned independent study. Conferences with the instructor as necessary; work culminates in one or more papers. May be repeated for a maximum of 6 units.
