EGCE 201 - Statics (3)

Prerequisites: MATH 150B , PHYS 225 . Vectorial treatment of statics of particles and rigid bodies. Free body diagrams. Applications to problems of equilibrium (two and three dimensions) of structural and mechanical force systems. Trusses, frames and machines. Friction problems. Centroids and moments of inertia.
